Job Description Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth in the Life Sciences sector. Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders across the East Coast region. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met or exceeded. Partner with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Monitor market trends and industry counterpart activities to identify new opportunities for expansion. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders. Act as a valued advisor to clients, providing insights and expertise on business services in the Life Sciences sector.

The Successful Applicant A successful Director, Business Development - East Coast should have: A strong awareness of the Life Sciences industry and its unique complexities. Previous experience with molecular genetics, transgenic mice, immuno-oncology, or immunotherapy. Proven experience in business development or sales within the business services sector. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work with minimal oversight while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong detail-oriented and problem-solving abilities to identify and address client needs. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. What's on Offer Base salary in the range of $150,000 to $200,000, based on experience. Rewarding commission model to recognize high performance.
