As a key leader in our Global Security & Resilience (GS&R) team, you will shape and lead global threat monitoring, incident response, and operational continuity. This position partners cross-functionally to anticipate business needs, manage projects, and shape policies for operational continuity in a changing risk environment. As a director, GS&R Enterprise , you will… Lead threat monitoring and intelligence functions, ensuring timely analysis and dissemination of insights. Provide strategic leadership for crisis management, executive protection, business continuity, travel security, and SOC functions. Oversee incident protocols, business continuity planning, and vendor management. Develop policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and resilience. Design systems and technologies to improve threat intelligence, emergency preparedness, and security. Collaborate with teams to align security capabilities with business needs. Champion the integration of AI and emerging technologies to improve safety and efficiency. We look for candidates with: Strategic vision and hands-on contribution experience. Strong leadership managing multidisciplinary teams. Deep experience in corporate security, intelligence analysis, or military/law enforcement. Knowledge of social media, risk tools, and OSINT techniques. Expertise in intelligence cycles and operational security integration. Proficiency with AI and evolving technologies. Experience in large, global organizations. Familiarity with security and resilience regulations and compliance.
