The Director, Brand Marketing partners with the VP to support brand strategy development and calendar planning. They lead the execution of integrated brand and digital marketing plans to achieve sales and profit goals while enhancing brand relevance, consumer engagement, and market share. This role collaborates cross-functionally and with external partners to implement and monitor marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and media initiatives that optimize the franchisee and guest experience, driving store traffic and profitability. Responsibilities include managing the marketing strategic plan, media and promotion performance, creative in-market and in-shoppe, and accelerating digital and off-premise initiatives by providing leadership, direction, and support to meet team objectives. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, advertising, or related field preferred Master's Degree preferred Work Experience 8+ years in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field 8+ years developing and executing marketing plans and programs 5+ years of leadership experience Experience in retail, restaurant, food, or beverage sectors Experience leveraging media, promotions, and public relations to drive results Skills and Abilities Knowledge of developing and executing multi-platform marketing plans Ability to analyze media effectiveness, sales data, and competitive trends Skill in creating program goals, messaging, and event plans Leadership skills to mentor and motivate staff, drive accountability, and provide constructive feedback Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and engage stakeholders Ability to develop positive business relationships and foster trust and mutual respect
