*Banking services provided by MVB Bank, Inc., Member FDIC We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Brand & Integrated Marketing to uplevel how we tell our brand story, and help bring it to life through marketing that gets noticed and delivers results. You’ll lead the functions that develop and execute strategies to build brand trust, expand perception and drive action for short and long-term growth. You'll lead the strategic development and end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, partnering cross functionally and across Intuit. This team currently leads foundational brand and creative strategy, drives integrated marketing initiatives, manages social activation and develops insightful creative briefs, working with internal teams and external agency partners to execute fresh creative work that works.
We have bold ambitions to expand the Credit Karma brand in market. We need a strong leader who can inspire and influence across the company to gain support for Brand-building as an accelerator for long-term growth, then deliver with world-class execution.
What you'll do: Own and develop durable brand foundations and best practices, including brand-level strategy, positioning, naming and messaging, along with managing the development and consistent application of visual and verbal brand elements across all communication channels
Drive how brand strategy is best deployed, and how it can optimally influence the consumer—in messaging and across all experiential touchpoints in the ecosystem
Develop fresh insights and creative strategies to build Credit Karma’s relevance and differentiation in market. Collaborate with Research and Product Marketing to inform these strategies, and with Media, Growth Marketing and Creative Production to deploy in market
Partner closely with ECD and the creative team to devise provocative strategies to spark innovative and impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging consumer, industry and cultural insights, as well as deep knowledge of digital marketing trends and channel behavior
Oversee social strategy and activation to grow brand relevance and engagement, including cultivating communities and participating in culture
Manage integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish, including planning, briefing, content development, launching across channels and evaluating campaign performance
Set the vision for the team and advance its capabilities to deliver maximum value in support of company goals
Develop strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and clear ways of working across teams to ensure your team is having the right impact on the right things and the right time
Leverage deep knowledge of upper funnel versus lower funnel dynamics, bringing a clear perspective on how to accurately evaluate the performance of campaigns.
Formalize measurement and optimization approach to brand health, creative performance of brand marketing, and brand social media (both organic and paid) in partnership with the Analytics, Research and Media teams
Collaborate across Intuit to influence how the parent brand, Consumer Platform and Credit Karma brand harmonize together to strengthen each other

What we are looking for: 10+ years of experience in Brand Marketing/Strategy at a consumer technology company or commensurate experience, such as Creative Agency (at least some in-house experience required)
A proven track record of using data at all levels of decision making and operations – both quantitative and qualitative
Demonstrable strategic contributions to groundbreaking creative initiatives that are notable for their innovation, originality and effectiveness in driving measurable success
Has grown and mentored a team
What we would like to see: Exceptional ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and lead cross-functional teams. Must have strong emotional intelligence and powers of persuasion
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience leading Strategy, Brand Management/Integrated Marketing Management and Social teams
A passion for creating transformative consumer experiences, and a track record of implementing such experiences via marketing
Demonstrated ability to make a strong impact with constrained team resources, leveraging the power of cross-functional influence and collaboration
High energy and positive attitude with a "can do," solution-oriented mindset

That’s why we implemented role-based compensation, which ensures people who are in the same role receive the same pay with variations for geographic location only. It’s all part of a more comprehensive DEI strategy that helps level the playing field. The base salary range for this role is $290,000-$309,000plus equity and benefits.
