Overview Director Brand Experience and Demand Generation (m/f/d) at MANN+HUMMEL. The role is responsible for establishing and leading the brand strategy and setting up the Demand engine, aligning integrated demand generation across paid, owned, and earned channels with brand and business goals. The Director defines campaign architecture, ensures seamless execution of digital campaigns, leads campaign and event execution, and drives marketing enablement, brand visibility, and measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities Brand Building and Corporate Identity: Build and continually develop the MANN+HUMMEL brand program and maintain global consistency of brand and corporate identity across all touchpoints. Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and evolve the brand framework to meet future business needs.
Campaign Structure & Execution: Define and oversee the campaign architecture aligned with brand strategy. Plan and execute global digital marketing campaigns supporting thought leadership, product launches, market development, and market capture.
Disciplinary Lead for Campaign and Event Execution: Lead digital campaign execution and corporate events, ensuring alignment with marketing and business objectives and high-quality on-brand delivery.
Establish a Digital Demand Engine: Design and implement an end-to-end, data-driven demand generation framework across paid, owned, and earned channels to drive scalable pipeline growth.
Marketing Enablement: Develop and roll out enablement programs to upskill teams in modern marketing methods, tools, and best practices; foster a marketing culture that supports global framework adoption across business units and regions.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing and demand generation initiatives reinforce global brand positioning and messaging; collaborate with Corporate Communications and Employer Branding for consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product Management, Communications, and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure marketing strategies are business-relevant and revenue-focused.
Performance Measurement: Define KPIs and establish dashboards for campaigns and demand generation; use data insights to optimize activities continuously.
Internal Agency Leadership: Lead the internal agency function to provide efficient support for demand generation, creative development, and digital production.
Your Profile / Qualifications Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
At least 10 years in Brand Management, Demand Generation, or Digital Marketing, ideally in an international B2B environment
Proven track record building and scaling demand engines and leading global brand initiatives including rebranding
Experience in the automotive aftermarket or original equipment at a tier 1 or tier 2 supplier
Competencies:
Strong expertise in branding and rebranding
Experience shaping global campaign architectures and ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints
Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and driving optimization
Language skills: Excellent English (written and spoken); German skills are a plus
