Job Overview Future Mobility Corporation is leading next-generation automotive technology, focusing on smart electric vehicles with advanced autonomous capabilities. We are seeking a talented Director to oversee AD software and algorithm development at our Santa Clara, CA facility. Responsibilities Manage AD software and algorithm development, ensuring project milestones are met Define and develop software and function architecture Oversee localization, situation analysis, vehicle control, and integration with powertrain, platform, and vehicle departments Manage AD relevant maps, cloud content, and platform handshake Lead risk management, fallback solutions, and reporting to executives Handle division responsibilities including budget, recruiting, organization, and international coordination Support diagnosis, EMC measures, software/hardware release, vehicle planning, and homologation Qualifications 10+ years in AI, software development, autonomous driving, or deep learning Master's or PhD in Engineering or related field Additional Information All information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
