What you’ll need to succeed as a Director, Artificial Intelligence at XPO: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 7 years of data science, operations research and/or software engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models. 5+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams. Experience with delivering solutions on major cloud platforms, data science tools, and Gen AI technologies. Strong business acumen, with experience in managing P&L, revenue growth, and client engagements.
