What you’ll need to succeed as a Director, Artificial Intelligence at XPO: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience 7 years of data science, operations research and/or software engineering experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning with a proven track record of building and deploying AI models. 5+ years of experience years of leading, managing, and developing highly talented teams. Experience with delivering solutions on major cloud platforms, data science tools, and Gen AI technologies.
