Role Responsibilities Provides technical oversight and evolution over business written through Alternative Channels, including partnerships with lead sourcing and digital media. Manages Technical Product Management & Underwriting efforts to develop and maintain profitable and competitive products and pricing. Monitors and responds to regulatory developments and competitor products, filings, and rates. Coordinates strategies with Marketing, Underwriting, Claims, and other departments to achieve these objectives. Desired Background and Skills Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional knowledge in a specialized field, or related experience preferred. Experience: 9 - 11 years of relevant experience, including at least 6-7 years in Property Casualty Product Pricing, Product Management, and Underwriting. 3+ years in a Supervisor/Manager role preferred. Proven success in cross-functional team management. Ability to develop and articulate vision and strategy aligned with business goals. Collaborative problem-solving skills to drive change through influence; strong interpersonal skills. Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with an understanding of business metrics.
