Director, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights We are seeking a Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Insights to join our forward-thinking team at Fidelity. The successful candidate will be passionate about using data to drive strategic decisions and transform customer experiences. The Role : The Director will uncover insights by connecting the dots across diverse datasets, including customer behaviors, transactional history, digital interactions, call transcripts, and financial metrics. Responsibilities : The Director will have the following responsibilities: Translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives Identify customer pain points and success drivers Enable leadership to uncover anti-digital friction and prioritize initiatives that enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall business performance Develop and maintain expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools Drive strategic decisions and customer-centric outcomes through experimentation and data analysis Requirements : The successful candidate will have: Over 5 years of proven experience in analytics, insights, and experimentation Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic narratives Skilled at identifying customer pain points and success drivers 10+ years of experience and deep expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools Experience in big data platforms like Snowflake and Athena Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative or technical field What We Offer : We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
