Provides leadership for the psychotherapy staff. Also provides evidence based care in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and substance use disorders within an interdisciplinary team. Makes operational changes in order to ensure cost, quality, and satisfaction targets are achieved. Develops and monitors the budget; outcomes in finance, quality, and satisfaction; program and clinical improvements; staffing levels; and performance. Identifies and implements strategic initiatives. Serves as leader of Behavioral Services to the department, and system. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Doctoral degree in clinical or psychology (PhD or PsyD).
