Job Summary:
The Director Access and Capacity Insights provides leadership in the optimization, dynamic management, and maintenance of ambulatory capacity and scheduling across the enterprise. This role ensures patient-centric access to services through dynamic adjustments to provider schedules, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency. The Director collaborates with physician, practice, and service line leaders as well as patient access leaders, revenue cycle, IT, and others to optimize scheduling templates and capacity systems, proactively addressing barriers to access. They ensure compliance with enterprise and specialty standards, oversee budgeting and staff management, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff engagement. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Six (6) years of supervisory and/or management experience in a healthcare setting required. Strong understanding and demonstrated use of Epic Template Management and Cadence configuration, Previous experience in physician group practice and ancillary scheduling workflows. Previous experience in project management, business analysis and/or consulting. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or business preferred; Master's Degree preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Epic Cadence Certifications preferred.
