We are seeking a Director who leads client engagements, delivers enterprise technology solutions and helps grow our business. Responsibilities Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership and program management for Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting projects (EPBCS, PBCS) and other EPM/Planning initiatives. Lead medium to large-scale software implementation projects within FP&A; coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client relationships with senior leaders. Architect and implement goal-achieving enterprise technology solutions; build enduring relationships that enable additional project work with clients. Demonstrate thought leadership through speaking engagements and publications; train and mentor junior staff in project management and technical dimensions. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in a consulting or advisory role focused on enterprise-scale platform implementations. 8+ years’ experience implementing, upgrading, and/or optimizing Office of the CFO systems. Experience leading medium to large-scale software implementation projects within FP&A. Deep expertise in Finance and Planning processes (budgeting, planning, S&OP, strategic planning). Technical skills with cloud-based Oracle EPM suite (EPBCS, PBCS), Anaplan, OneStream, or other EPM Planning & Budgeting technologies. Prior experience supporting clients in Higher Education or Financial Services is preferred. Experience with estimating, implementation planning, functional application expertise, and project management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish credibility with senior-level client executives. Proven thought leadership as indicated by speaking engagements and/or publications. Ability to manage multiple projects of different scale and duration; train and participate in professional development of staff. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; travel up to 50%. The estimated base salary range for this job is $175,000 - $225,000, with total compensation including annual incentive up to $303,750. This position is eligible for Huron’s benefit plans including medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Salary ranges comply with state/local laws and may change.
