Salary: Full Time Job Description The 3D Creative Art Director at Floss Creatives is a role of creative leadership, requiring an unwavering eye for detail and the ability to use the design process to solve creative challenges. As an Art Director, your primary responsibility will be to develop concepts for projects or pitches using a combination of 3D software and Photoshop. The concept deck should include clear design concepts, style frames, and potentially 5-second 3D animations to express the vision to brands and agencies. You will lead external teams of designers, animators, artists, and technologists to deliver world-class content that exceeds client expectations. You are hands-on, with experience in broadcast, print, and digital works. You should be comfortable with the entire process from initial call to final delivery. Organisation, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to ask challenging questions are essential. MUST BE ABLE TO DO: High-end Creative Treatment Decks Style frames Concept Art Responsibilities: Project leadership includes conceptualising design briefs, planning approaches, and leading teams through project delivery. Maintain calm and respectful conduct under pressure. Collaborate closely with our business team and clients in North America and Europe. Write your own treatments and adapt to solve the client's creative brief Bid on various projects, from motion graphics to high-end CGI and interactive projects Organise and identify strengths within our team and external partners, briefing team members, and leading client sessions for project kick-offs Supervise and inspire the team to produce outstanding work Create, design, and animate when necessary, working comfortably with 3D software Remain involved throughout the project, ensuring reliable communication with clients and team to deliver results within tight deadlines Qualifications: 6+ years of Art Direction experience Strong presentation skills and comfort being the client-facing representative of Floss Creatives Strong 3D and Art Direction skills Ability to translate concepts into creative designs and mentor junior staff Proficiency in 3D Max, Maya, Houdini, and C4D This job posting is active.
