Midwest Institute is an established private college located in Earth City, MO. We are currently seeking candidates to fill rewarding teaching/ program director position for our already established Dental Assisting Program.
The ideal candidate should possess first and far most an interest and passion for Dental Assisting, the ability to engage the interest of students in the learning process via utilization of communication and presentation skills as well as the following qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma from an accredited Dental Assisting Program-
Must be current Certified/Registered Dental Assistant-
Minimum of 5 years experience as a performing dental assistant-
* Willingness to work with students and colleagues as a team member
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong organizational and technology skills
* History of good job attendance
Prior instructional experience a plus
