What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Decision Support Product Director to join our team. This position falls under our corporate line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will own the strategy, development, and delivery of AI- and data-driven products that synthesize complex datasets into actionable business insights. This is a senior-level individual contributor role—you will personally drive execution, working across Corpay LOBs to solve the most valuable decision-making challenges using AI. The mission is to create AI-powered decision support tools that drive financially quantifiable impact by improving precision, speed, and confidence in strategic business decisions. How We Work As a Decision Support Product Director, you will work in an onsite environment reporting to our Peachtree Corners office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Peachtree Corners, GA Company-issued equipment Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Partnering with LOBs to understand opportunities in sales targeting, pricing, credit evaluation, and financial analysis. Collaborating with the Innovation Lab for solution design, prototyping, and technical development. Developing KPI frameworks to measure business impact in dollar terms, track results over time, and report outcomes to stakeholders. Ensuring solutions are business-ready, user-friendly, and widely adopted. Partnering closely with engineering, data science, and design to ship on time. Applying agile practices to deliver value quickly and adapt based on results. Building trust in AI outputs through transparency, explainability, and training. Actively managing rollout, feedback collection, and iteration. Connecting strategic priorities with operational delivery to ensure AI tools meet high-impact needs. Rapidly building knowledge in financial services data and decision processes. Balancing AI sophistication with regulatory and explainability requirements. Qualifications & Skills 10–14 years total experience, with 5–7+ years in: AI or data product development, especially in decision support, analytics, or financial modeling Enterprise environments, ideally within financial services, B2B SaaS, or data-heavy industries Cross-functional execution, working with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders Driving measurable business outcomes, including KPI frameworks and stakeholder reporting Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in technology, software, or user experience. Proven track record delivering AI/data products end-to-end—not just strategy. Strong ability to align stakeholders, manage data pipelines, validate models, and track impact metrics. Hands-on executor who thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and drives measurable results.
