*Childcare Center Director*

Our Childcare Center is looking for a strong leader to join the elite team of Directors who run our childcare centers.

*Responsibilities:*

The Director is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, including but not limited to:

* Supervise the program on an ongoing basis in all classrooms. * Recruiting and training of teachers and other staff and providing continued professional development. * Manage all staff and schedules to cover enrollment and attendance. * Recruit families who need care and maintain the maximum enrollment. * Confer with any parent on policies and procedures and any concerns. * Assure that all licensing standards are being upheld.

*Requirements:*

* Must have a minimum of CDA, NAC, or equivalent and 5 years in early childhood education, and required courses for Bureau of Child Care Licensing. * Professionalism, sufficient maturity, and good judgment to function in crises. * Sensitivity to individual and group needs of children. * Ability to supervise and create an atmosphere of positive and appropriate discipline for staff and children. * Ability to communicate with parents effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
