RECRUITMENT BROCHURE
You thrive in places where relationships matter, where collaboration, trust, and a handshake still mean something. You’re energized by the opportunity to shape a community’s future, not from behind a desk, but by working directly with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and civic leaders who care deeply about their hometown.
In Dalhart, you’ll find a professional environment that’s welcoming, supportive, and full of momentum. The EDC Board is hands-on, motivated, and aligned around a shared vision for healthy growth. You won’t be navigating bureaucracy, you’ll be part of a team that wants to make things happen and is ready to recruit the best partners to get it done.
If you're a connector, a builder, and someone who believes economic development is about people just as much as numbers, Dalhart will feel like home. You’ll bring your experience and insight to the table, and be welcomed as a leader, not just an administrator. This is your chance to do meaningful work in a place that will value you for who you are and what you bring to the community.
