Customer Service Representative (CSR)
The Customer Service Representative works with customers who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process. The CSR will work with a small team under the guidance of the CSR Customer Service Billing Manager.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-2 years customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience with utility software/applications preferred
- Previous CSR experience working at a utility company a plus
