We're looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a key player in delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries and providing timely, accurate assistance Prepare and process quotes and sales orders for CNC-machined plastic parts, fabricated components, and gasket products Offer product and technical support to customers (don't worry-we'll provide training!) Build and maintain strong customer relationships through responsive communication and proactive follow-up Collaborate with internal departments -production, engineering, and shipping-to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time Follow up on outstanding quotes and past orders to help drive ongoing sales and customer engagement Keep thorough, up-to-date records in the company's CRM system to ensure continuity and clarity in all customer interactions What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with CRM systems (or a willingness to learn) Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical sales environment is a plus-but not required Why Join Us?
