Job Title: Customer Service Account Administrator Location: Glendale, AZ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Type: Temp to Hire Summary: Responsible for managing customer accounts, handling order entry, and administering warranty and maintenance agreements. Acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and high service levels in an aerospace/manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer accounts, including order entry, tracking, and updates. Administer warranty and maintenance agreements, ensuring compliance and performance. Communicate with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and service requests. Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, billing, claims, and product returns. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, quality, operations) to resolve technical and service issues. Monitor delivery schedules, material availability, and repair processes; adjust priorities as needed. Support pricing, quotations, and adjustments based on customer needs. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and account history. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support audits or visits. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in customer support, order entry, or account administration. Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience with warranty/service agreements and customer interaction. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office. Aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred.
