State-of-the-art technology Industry leading training program & one-on-one mentor State licensing reimbursement Responsibilities What You'll Do: Be the go-to contact for clients, delivering fast, friendly, dependable support Handle inbound calls, emails, and service requests with efficiency and accuracy Process policy changes, payment updates, renewals, and coverage questions Boost retention by offering smart solutions and spotting cross-sell opportunities Document interactions clearly and follow up promptly Partner with teammates to resolve issues quickly Drive agency growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities Qualifications What We're Looking For: Prior experience in an administrative and or customer support role managing client accounts, insurance operations, or customer service environments preferred Ability to assess client needs, recommend appropriate insurance products, and identify cross-selling opportunities Skilled at presenting solutions, handling objections, and maintaining strong client relationships Proficient in Microsoft suite of products and web-based software solutions Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage types, and regulatory requirements is a plus Key Characteristics: Strong Communicator: Establishes trust quickly and foster lasting client relationships.
