Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is currently seeking a dedicated Shelling Representative to join our organization. The key responsibility of this role is to handle inbound calls, coordinate with sales representatives, validate customer details, and coordinate installation schedules.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to authenticate customer information and input sales data
  • Enter data accurately into the database system
  • Manage inbound calls efficiently
  • Coordinate installation appointments effectively
  • Maintain accurate and current records

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Effective multitasking and task prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
  • Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum download / upload speed of 500 Mbps to support video conferencing, system tools and call quality.

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years in customer service
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, 3pm - 11pm CST with one Saturday off a month
