Job Description: Deliver excellent customer service to all clients. Assist customers with making payments both in-person and over the phone. Handle a high volume of inbound calls effectively. Conduct a significant number of outbound calls. Meet with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs. Educate clients about the insurance products and coverage options available to them. Exhibit strong multitasking abilities while meeting deadlines. Manage and generate leads for the company. Foster relationships with current customers to encourage repeat business.
