As the Creative Studio Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and brand-affirming photography and video content. Working closely with the Creative Director, you will oversee projects from inception to execution, ensuring quality and consistency at every stage. This role involves enhancing established photography standards, collaborating with the production manager, and coordinating with the QC/post-production team to maintain exceptional visual standards and effective asset management. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Production Planning: Develop mood boards and inspiration to guide the on-set team, shaped by the creative direction from Senior Leadership. Collaborate with other creatives to conceptualize, plan, and deliver outstanding visual content. Build model shot lists for photographers while collaborating on wardrobe selections and offering direction to Hair/Make-Up Artists. On-Set Art Direction: Ensure all photography (both model and non-model) meets brand standards by providing immediate feedback and approving daily captured images for the Advertising Department. Post-Production Direction: Partner with the QC/Post-Production Team to ensure timely handoffs of images. Provide feedback to the QC/Post-Production Manager and approve final images before they are uploaded to the Digital Asset Management system. Audit image usage to guarantee quality standards are consistently met, offering guidance to creative team members as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 7+ years of experience in an Art Director or similar capacity. Experience in the home fashion sector is a plus. Strong communication skills, valuing transparency and the ability to inspire teams to achieve exceptional quality and performance. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office Suite. Adaptable and capable of working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule as needed. Detail-oriented team player. On-site; this is not a hybrid position.
