Overview Principal Brand Creative Agent — Currently hiring top creative contract & freelance talent for disruptive brands We\'re hiring for a major (and very cool) fintech brand based in SF. This is a hybrid role in FiDi, with a 4x onsite schedule (1x remote). Responsibilities Lead and guide a small team of creatives. Contribute hands-on design work as an Art Director or Design Leader. Work on growth/performance initiatives including campaigns, paid media, social, etc. Qualifications Experience (in-house or agency) as an Art Director or held Art Director or Design Leadership roles in the past. Willing to be hands-on. Experience leading a small team of creatives. Experience with growth/performance initiatives (campaigns, paid media, social). Compensation Base pay range: $75.00/hr - $85.00/hr Pay: $75-$85/hr (w2) + benefits (health/dental/vision/401k/PTO) Employment type Contract (with very high potential to convert to full-time)
