Overview Miami Dade College is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as the Creative Director at Wolfson Campus. The Creative Director is a visionary force behind Miami Dade College’s brand expression, leading a dynamic team of creative professionals and collaborating with top-tier agencies and vendors to deliver bold, compelling, and unforgettable campaigns. Base pay range $94,419.00/yr - $118,024.00/yr Responsibilities Leads, inspires, and mentors a team of creative professionals to push boundaries and deliver exceptional, brand-elevating work Provides guidance and direction to ensure the highest quality of creative output and adherence to project timelines and objectives Fosters a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and professional growth Leads the ideation and execution of breakthrough brand and enrollment campaigns that captivate audiences and amplify the College’s voice across all platforms Oversees the design and production of marketing materials, including print and digital to streaming, signage, and multimedia—ensuring each piece is visually stunning, strategically sound, and on-brand Partners with external agencies and vendors to ensure creative deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements Ensures all creative work is accessible to all and in compliance with ADA standards Ensures consistency in design and messaging across all marketing channels and platforms Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform creative direction and innovation Develops and maintains creative guidelines and standards to ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications Provides guidance and training to internal stakeholders on brand identity, design principles, and best practices Oversees all work completed by the design team, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism Conducts regular reviews and evaluations to assess performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in design, marketing, brand development, or a related field with a proven track record of success; or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university and nine (9) years of directly related experience To learn more about this and other employment opportunities with Miami Dade College, please visit us at www.mdc.edu/jobs.
