You may come from an agency, client-side, or a mixture of both, but hands-on ability and experience is necessary. As the CD you will manage in-house and agency vendors, providing design guidance for all touchpoints. The look is clean and has a wellness angle. The type is elegant, as are the forms. The appropriate candidate has managed teams of 5 or more, as well as resourcing and approving outside vendors. You will need an impressive portfolio, and the ability to communicate to not only a design team, but the marketing specialists as well. Hands-on capabilities in the Adobe suite, as well as capabilities in editing and visualizing photoshoots and social assets. Responsibilities Manage conceptual approach to Brand thru to production Oversight includes print, digital, and motion Mentor Designers and provide organization to Creative Process Pitch and structure Design solutions to C suite Provide accountability for Design
