Creative Gen AI Monetization Model Fine-Tuning Creative Director Creative Gen AI Monetization team seeks a highly creative and technically proficient model fine-tuning creative director. This role tailors and refines the output of generative AI models to align with business' aesthetic, brand, style, and creative goals. This role bridges the gap between technical AI capabilities and creative vision, collaborating with product design and product teams to deliver high quality creative generation. This role offers a chance to shape the future of advertising creative content generation through AI, pushing the boundaries of technology and artistry. Responsibilities include: designing, developing, and implementing strategies for fine-tuning generative AI models; curating and preprocessing high-quality, domain-specific datasets for fine-tuning; staying abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI; moving fast and supporting teams to iterate quickly; developing and maintaining documentation, best practices, and workflows for model fine-tuning and creative AI integration; and effectively collaborating with product design, engineers, and research scientists to ensure scalability and efficiency. Minimum qualifications include: a bachelor's degree in graphic or multimedia design, animation, fine arts, or advertising and digital media; 12+ years of consumer technology design and digital media experience; a firm grasp of the latest trends and best practices across all platforms; experience in technology products and managing multiple complex announcements, launches, and campaigns; creative sensibility and ability to translate aesthetic preferences into actionable fine-tuning strategies; understanding of GenAI models; and effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include: experience in the digital advertising, brand creative agency, or media industries; experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation techniques and performance optimization; and familiarity with prompt engineering tactics. Public compensation: $174,000/year to $246,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry: Internet.
