Minimum three years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a full-service or upscale property.
Prior experience managing group and/or business transient accounts.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Working knowledge of hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, or similar CRM tools).
Ability to travel locally and regionally to attend client meetings and industry events.
Must be flexible and able to work varying schedules, including occasional evenings or weekends, based on business needs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
Salary Range: $100,000$110,000 annually, based on experience.
