Job Responsibilities: Responsible for designing integrated strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across all programs and properties. Lead our high performing sales team targeting leisure, groups, retreats, and wellness travelers.  Plan strategies and solicit business, focusing on increasing overall revenues and occupancy levels, through yield management practices and active solicitation in assigned market segments. Uphold our company standards by providing quality service in an organized manner.

Qualifications:

• The Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing must have luxury hotel sales and marketing experience of at least 10 years.
• The Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing must reside within a 90-minute commute of New York City.
• The Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing must have experience leading and managing advertising agency relationships.
• The Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing should always be able to provide consistent support for the success of the operation.
• Trust, honesty, integrity, and a true passion for customer satisfaction is a requirement for the Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing.
• The Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing must be proficient in achieving solid financial results
• A true desire to mentor and develop others is a trait the Corporate Senior Director of Sales and Marketing must have
