Role Description: We are seeking an ambitious, qualified individual who desires growth within an entrepreneurial organization with a path to CFO, COO or Controller.Responsibilities will cover all operational aspects of the business, including trade settlement, position and cash reconciliations, valuations, and corporate actions processing.Additional coverage items will include, but are not restricted to: -Work closely with the Prime Broker to ensure breaks are resolved and reporting is accurate -Liaise with the fund administrator to address breaks and finalize the NAV at month end -Assist with audit and compliance reviews -Monitor cash balances across accounts and provide forecasts based on upcoming activity -Coordinate payments for fund and management company service providers -Participate in various other projects that touch on all aspects of the business -Primary point of contact for sell side brokers during trade confirmation and settlement -Onboard new counterparties and manage relationships Qualifications: - CPA with a minimum of four years of experience - Extremely organized, exceptionally detail and control oriented - Excellent quantitative and written/verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills and must work effectively in a team environment -Willingness to “roll up sleeves” and assist in any way necessary - Natural curiosity to learn, ask questions, listen, and collaborate - High quality character with an emphasis on honesty and integrity *Starting Salary is $85K plus bonus.Full health, dental, and vision benefits are included.
