Role of a Director
This high-responsibility, high-impact role requires a thought leader and problem-solver to lead team efforts, liaise with internal senior leadership, and manage client relationships to ensure project success and impact.
Required Experience
Extensive consulting experience with a top management consulting firm, with a focus on healthcare.
Proven success in leading strategic engagements in healthcare, including planning, M&A, partnerships, and cost strategies.
Deep knowledge of healthcare provider organizations such as hospitals, academic medical centers, and physician groups.
Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of crafting impactful proposals, presentations, and coaching teams.
Talent development experience, with a track record of attracting and mentoring diverse talent.
Alignment with core values: openness, integrity, inclusiveness, and mission-driven work.
Willingness to travel up to 80% weekly; location flexible within the contiguous US near major airports.
Compensation
The estimated base salary range is $215,000 - $250,000 . Total compensation, including incentives, is estimated at $311,750 - $362,500 . Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and wellness programs. Salary ranges are estimates and vary based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
