We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead 3 large-scale commercial construction projects ($50M+) at the same time. This leadership role will oversee all project phases, ensuring operational excellence, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full project lifecycle, from preconstruction to closeout

Drive safety culture and risk management

Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams

Build strong subcontractor partnerships

Engage with community and industry groups

Requirements:

✅ 15+ years in commercial construction

✅ 5+ years in people/project leadership

✅ Proven track record managing large, 3 complex projects($50M+) at the same time.

✅ Strong strategic, financial, and communication skills

✅ Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related (or equivalent experience)
