The Connexa Search Group is working with a growing organization seeking a senior-level professional to oversee and strengthen its compliance program. This role requires a strategic and proactive leader to ensure the company maintains alignment with evolving regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and enhance the company's overall compliance framework Monitor and interpret regulatory changes relevant to the business Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies across operations Develop internal policies and procedures to address compliance needs Collaborate closely with senior leadership on legal and regulatory matters Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a compliance or regulatory role within a regulated industry Strong understanding of relevant federal and state regulations Proven experience building or managing compliance programs Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in a related field required; advanced credentials a plus (e.g., JD, compliance certifications) Preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or related sectors Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and industry-specific requirements Exposure to compliance technology platforms
