Warby Parker is looking for an experienced Director of Compensation to join our Total Rewards team. The person in this role will play a critical part in managing all of our company-wide compensation programs and People data analytics. What you'll do:
- Manage, design, and share information on all aspects of our compensation programsincluding salary and incentive plans, both short- and long-term
- Conduct ongoing compensation benchmarking and analysis to maintain competitive compensation practices while also considering internal equity
- Participate in compensation surveys and professional network groups
- Oversee the year-end review process for our Corporate, CX, Lab, and Retail divisions
- Play a critical role in our annual budget process and ongoing headcount planning
- Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and maintain substantial analytics that drive business decisions
- Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes, and partner with teams across People, Finance, Legal and Tech to implement solutions
Who you are:
- Backed by 10+ years of professional experience in compensation and HR systems
- Extremely analytical and highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive and self-motivatedyou know how to get stuff done!
- A strong leader who's able to think strategically and motivate their team
- A clear, empathetic communicator who can build trusting relationships with managers, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

New York Pay Range
$148,750 - $170,000 USD
