The successful candidate will have experience managing and building a team, overseeing communications platforms, and focus on strategy and driving strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Include: Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure consistent brand tone and strategy Consistently analyze marketing success and adjust strategies as needed Oversee overall internal and client facing messaging strategy and deployment Identify and utilize new communication channels for investor engagement Qualifications Include: 3+ years of communications or marketing experience in a finance, investment, or professional services environment Ability to distill complex finance concepts for a broad audience Desire to contribute with a consistently strategic and hands on approach Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong experience with digital analytical and social media tools Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
