This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional design sensibility, storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of experiential marketing and live event production. You'll manage a multidisciplinary team of designers, content creators, and 3D/CAD renderers, ensuring creative excellence from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the creative team in developing high-impact concepts for live events, brand activation, immersive experiences, and content campaigns. Collaborate with clients, sales, and production teams to understand objectives and translate them into creative solutions. Oversee all phases of the creative process—from brainstorming to final deliverables. Ensure alignment with client goals, brand standards, and project timelines while pushing creative boundaries. Present ideas confidently to teams and clients. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the creative department. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies. Review and approve final creative deliverables. Qualifications 3+ years in a creative leadership role, preferably in experiential marketing, trade show design, brand activations, or related fields. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in event design, branding, storytelling, and immersive experiences. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/PowerPoint, and 3D rendering/CAD platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of fabrication and scenic design processes is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not necessary.
