Overview
This role leads the Human Resources functions for multiple properties, partnering with the executive committee and developing HR strategies to support business objectives.
Responsibilities
Administer and manage HR functions across multiple properties.
Serve as an active partner to the Executive Committee, providing specialist HR support.
Oversee recruitment, compensation/benefits, and employee/labor relations.
Coach and advise management on all HR-related matters.
Develop and administer policies and programs that enable associates to maximize their contribution.
Participate in strategic planning and budgeting activities.
Provide leadership and employee relations support to all associates.
Manage performance management and salary review processes.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment and labor laws.
Translate business priorities into HR strategies, plans, and actions.
Address collective bargaining issues, resolve grievances, and foster constructive labor relationships.
Prepare documentation for contract negotiations and grievance hearings as needed.
Ensure compliance with terms of collective bargaining agreements.
Develop and oversee employee recognition programs.
Direct associate outreach programs in the community.
Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.

Must Haves
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience actively serving in Human Resource Management in a hotel/resort environment.
Proficiency, knowledge, and experience in all HR processes: selection & employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, employment law, workers’ compensation, and talent management.
Strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Luxury hotel and Forbes experience a plus.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit at a desk for up to five (5) hours per day.
Walking and standing are required; length of time may vary.
Must be able to reach other departments of the hotel in a timely manner.
Continual talking and hearing are required.
Grasping, holding, bending, and repetitive motions are required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Pay Scale: $149,000.00 – $175,000.00
