About This Role As a Pharmacy Manager , you will be part of a collaborative effort to serve healthcare communities. Your role will involve leading the daily operations of a pharmacy, including dispensing prescription medication and advising consumers on their treatment plans. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a significant impact. You will be responsible for the financial, clinical, and quality aspects of pharmacy services, as well as coaching and developing pharmacy staff. Your Responsibilities Create a great consumer experience and build solid relationships with clinic partners to meet their needs Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and meet with them to discuss clinical outcomes Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, schedules, and personal questions Ensure the pharmacy and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws Perform wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots, and other preventive services Responsible for financial profitability and identify opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy Motivate, develop, and coach all pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service Create an engaging team environment that promotes compassion and models our core values and culture amongst the team Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent at our pharmacies Reviews key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement Conducts workforce planning and business planning to have operational excellence at the site Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm D Current pharmacist's license in the state of OR Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire Why Join Our Team?
