Serenity Hospice is excited to invite a dedicated Clinical Services Director RN to our passionate team in Salem, OR! Schedule: 40 hours a week with weekday shifts and some on-call responsibilities. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program; BSN preferred. One year of hospice experience is required. A minimum of two years in healthcare management is necessary. Strong knowledge of hospice Medicare, Medicaid, and both State and Federal guidelines is essential. Current CPR certification is mandatory. Oversee appropriate assignment of direct care clinical staff. Monitor business operations to ensure financial health. Track operational progress towards achieving strategic goals. Establish and maintain effective communication channels. Ensure appropriate staffing and provide oversight for staff. Manage comprehensive staff development initiatives, including orientation and ongoing education. Lead the management of clinical operations within the hospice program. Deliver exceptional service to patients, families, and colleagues, assisting team members as necessary. Be actively involved in case referrals, assessing patient needs, and assigning appropriate personnel. Facilitate regular Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings to coordinate care and oversee documentation. Join us in making a difference in our community!
