Clinical Service Director - Registered Nurse
HealthCare Support is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill an opening as a Clinical Service Director with a major healthcare organization in Queens.
Daily Responsibilities for the Clinical Service Director:
Oversees daily operations of interdisciplinary teams across Day Health Center and home care settings
Directs care planning, staff supervision, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery
Serves as the Director of Patient Services (DPS) for the LHCSA, ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and policies
Leads staff training and professional development initiatives to maintain high standards of care
Monitors quality metrics and cost-efficiency to drive improved participant outcomes and program effectiveness
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications for the Clinical Service Director: Clear and active RN license in New York State 3+ years of recent Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience 3+ years of managing a team of Registered Nurses Recent experience working with the elderly

Pay Details : $135,000 a year - $145,0000 a year Annual Bonus
