Salary Range: $135k-$160k DOE
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000!
Schedule: M-F / Limited On call support as needed
Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite)

Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical operations in hospice care
Travel up to 80% within supported territory
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years home-based care experience preferred
Licensed RN in applicable state
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
