Our Durham clinic is thriving, and we’re ready to welcome an inspiring Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our growing team.
About the Role
As Clinical Director, you’ll play a key leadership role combining clinical oversight, team development, and strategic vision . You’ll guide and mentor BCBAs and RBTs, foster a culture of clinical excellence, and ensure each child receives individualized, ethical, and effective care.
What You’ll Do
Oversee all clinical operations for the Durham clinic.
Develop, review, and refine individualized ABA treatment plans .
Provide hands-on supervision, mentorship, and training to BCBAs and RBTs.
Review and analyze treatment data to assess progress and guide adjustments.
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, HIPAA , and AutismCOE policies.
Partner with operations leadership to enhance clinic efficiency and growth.
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification (required).
Active or eligible North Carolina LBA license .
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of ABA experience , including 1–2 years in a leadership role .
Proven ability to lead with empathy, professionalism, and integrity .
Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
