Job Description:

This role can either be a Clinical Director or Area Director overseeing a 30 minute radius of clinics. This role will need to manage leadership/administrative duties as well as clinical patient care. Our therapy division emphasizes top-quality care with a focus on rapid recovery and patient engagement. You'll work with state-of-the-art equipment and a skilled team dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Specialties: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, injury prevention.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and create personalized treatment plans.
• Modify treatment strategies based on patient progress.
• Instruct & educate patients on exercises and home programs.
• Maintain communication with patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in patient interactions.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Graduate Degree in Physical Therapy.
• California PT license.
• Leadership experience
• Dedication to patient care and outcomes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software.
• Strong communication skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
