Job Duties/Responsibilities: Providing care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses encountered in older adult patients Leading care teams for patient health promotion and care coordination Engaging with specialists for consultation when needed Directly supervising and training primary care providers Mentoring and coaching PCPs to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes Partnering with Center Operations Director/Market General Manager to drive center financial performance Maintaining board certification and current licensure Requirements: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or similar specialty preferred Current, active MD licensure in State of employment Minimum 1-year clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice setting preferred DEA number for schedule II-V controlled substances Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment
