Purpose of the Clinical Director Role
The Clinical Director is responsible for the overall clinical operations of the Residential facility. This encompasses the day-to-day management of Primary Therapists, Case Managers, and Group Facilitators. Additionally, this role involves overseeing all clinical programming and collaborating with members of the Leadership team on various administrative functions. To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a valid license as a mental health professional, including LMHC, LCSW and LMFT.

Pay Range $90,000 to $120,000 annually commensurate with experience.
Core Responsibilities of the Clinical Director
Supervise and oversee all aspects of the facility's clinical programming.
Orients and trains new clinical staff.
Offers daily case supervision to staff during clinical meetings.
Conduct daily chart reviews and sign-off on documentation in a timely manner.
Conduct weekly chart audits and provide feedback to necessary departments and staff.
Conduct patient interventions as needed.
Weekly individual supervision with clinical staff.
Assists in coordinating and overseeing discharge planning.
Participates in weekly Teams meetings as necessary.
Collaborates with multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesiveness and consistency in all aspects of patient care.
Work with clinical employees and other staff to develop an effective, proactive team that works together to meet department objectives.
Works with the Leadership team on a regular basis to ensure that programs are regularly evaluated to meet best practice standards.
Meet with referral sources or partners in the industry as necessary or requested by Leadership Team.
Work with marketing and outreach to support sustainability and growth of all clinical programs and participate in any events or assignments as designated by Leadership Team.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local mental health professionals, human service agencies, and psychiatric facilities throughout the state.
Execute and ensure adherence to Joint Commission, AHCA and other regulatory body requirements while monitoring compliance.
Adhere to all company policies and safety rules, guidelines & procedures.
Available for emergencies on an on-call basis when necessary.
This is an onsite position. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Requirements:
Qualifications of the Clinical Director
Must hold a valid license as a mental health professional, including LMHC, LCSW and LMFT.
Minimum of three years experience working in primary Mental Health/Psych domain.
Minimum of one year supervisory experience within a primary mental health or psychiatric facility.
Possess passion and compassion for patient care.
Proficiency in KIPU Super Admin.
Exemplary documentation skills.
Strong familiarity expertise in Joint Commission and AHCA standards.
Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check.
