What You’ll Do: Lead Daily Operations: Oversee all clinic operations—ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment for clients and staff. Develop Clinical Teams: Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians, technicians, and clinical staff delivering services exclusively in our clinic setting. Provide Quality Service: Drive high-quality care through direct oversight of assessments, treatment planning, session fidelity, and documentation. Foster a Collaborative Culture: Champion a positive, collaborative culture that fosters staff retention, professional growth, and family satisfaction. Strengthen Partnerships: Coordinate with families, caregivers, and other providers to support client progress within the clinic. Uphold Standards & Deliver Outcomes: Ensure compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards while delivering exceptional outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: BCBA certification & PA Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) Master’s in ABA, Psychology, or related field 3+ years’ experience as a BCBA with leadership and supervision experience Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills Passion for building a team culture and high-quality clinic-based services
Work Environment This role requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing – including frequent talking, hearing, writing, typing, reading, and significant comprehension. This role may model activities for staff working with young children that will regularly require moving quickly, crouching, and sitting on the floor. The employee frequently is also required to sit, stand, walk briskly, use hands, and reach with arms/hands. Regular and consistent attendance required.
