Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will lead clinical operations for a residential treatment center serving 78 inpatient and 50 outpatient clients (adults only, 18+). This role involves overseeing therapy, case management, intake coordination, and recovery specialist teams. The director will be deeply embedded in daily operations, ensuring treatment plans are effective and staff are supported. Daily Responsibilities:
Start day at 7:30-8:00 AM reviewing emails Host 8:30 AM clinical huddle (overnight updates + daily plan) 10:30 AM meeting with benefits team to review patient coverage Thursdays: lead "Treatment Team" meetings with all staff involved in patient care Monitor treatment plan progress and team collaboration Lead or attend 2-3 therapy groups daily Engage with patients during lunch and throughout the day Manage intakes, discharges, and emergencies Conduct weekly 1:1s with staff On-call weekends

Required Skills & Experience
Master's degree in Social Work or related field LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) Minimum 5 years in senior administrative roles Residential treatment experience (not outpatient) Experience managing therapists, case managers, intake coordinators, and recovery specialists Familiarity with adult populations (no adolescent experience) Ability to lead with a hands-on, "boots on the ground" approach Strong understanding of clinical, operational, and therapy/case management workflows
