As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in transforming lives through exceptional patient care, and inspirational Clinical Leadership to our team of clinicians. Locations: (Hybrid/Remote): River North & Evanston Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a clinical leadership role.Competency in administering cognitive assessments, executive functioning assessments, and personality assessments. Certified in ADOS testing is also a plus. Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following: PsyD/PhD (Licensed Clinical Psychologist). Passion for patient-centered care In this role, you will: Oversee the clinical operations and staffing for two clinics: Clarity Clinic River North and Clarity Clinic Evanston locations. Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload, while providing leadership oversight to Clinical Supervisors, Therapist IIs and clinical staff for assigned clinics.Training: A minimum of one monthly individual supervision for each fully licensed staff (including clinical supervisors).
